Bring a sleeping mask We had an early check in with no hassle, the room was clean and orderly. The shower curtain was beginning to get ripped. Beds and pillows were ok, no sagging mattress which is a usual problem in hotels Biggest set back were the room curtains, they were too short thus the outside light got in. Luckily I had my sleeping mask with me Overall this stay was a good deal

Worst Hotel experience in Living Memory Worst hotel experience in living memory for my daughter. I paid 3 months in full in advance on my cc. I called the hotel to make sure all was well with her using my card and showing it when she arrived. They said all is good, just bring the card. Upon arrival, an extremely rude mad yelled at her and said she could not check in as she was not the card holder. She had just flow 3,000 miles for a family trip; her first trip to CA. It was a nightmare. The staff were extremely rude. He threatened to not allow her to stay, even though the hotel was fully paid. Then he demanded a $200 deposit in addition to the almost $1000 I had already paid 3 months in advance. She was locked out of her room the following day and more demands for payment were made even though it was fully paid for. After almost 3 days of terror, the manager finally got back to me. They made her pay AGAIN on her debit card for the entire one week stay, and then credited my card. If she did not do this, they would ask her to leave. A total, unnecessary nightmare with unproffesional staff. I had to call Corporate to get them to stop harrassing her. I do not recommend this hotel with psychotic staff.

Wont refund an unfair $139 fee. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good and lots of options. But... Management has been completely unresponsive to a financial problem. I tried the modify reservation button on booking.com to take a day off at the end, but got charged a much higher price per day compared to what the site quoted, and compared to what I would have paid if I'd just cancelled my booking and done it over again. I was in the free cancellation window. But the cancel window also got moved back when I did the "modify reservation", so I was charged a $139 late fee by the hotel when I cancelled to rebook it. Note that I ended up staying here on a remade booking at the price I expected. The cancellation fee only happened because booking.com and the hotel made mistakes, and they refuse to refund it. Booking.com said they couldn't do anything about it and said to talk to the hotel. Calling the hotel - the desk staff said to email the manager, who will not respond to my emails. These guys stole $139 from me in this late charge, and no one will do anything about it. Just go to the Best Western down the street - similar price, heated hot tub, and they haven't stolen any money from me. Don't use the "modify reservation" option on booking.com - just cancel and rebook.

Disgusting, garbage hotel I stayed here by myself on a business trip in late November-early December 2023. This place SUCKS. There were mosquitos in the bathroom, I'm pretty sure there were bedbugs, I found a toenail clipping in the bed, the Wi-Fi NEVER worked despite me calling multiple times (they argued with me when I said it didn't work, no less), the whole hotel was run-down and dirty, they never made the bed or changed the sheets, and they only changed out towels ONCE. This place is disgusting and not even worth one star. If you can afford better, do it.

Unfinished cleaning It takes too long to check in. Rooms are fine. As pointed out in a comment from 2017, they do not do the complete cleaning of the room (despite their promises). When I came back, I found unmade bed, dirty glasses, and that they have not refill the coffee.
