WELCOME TO MOTEL FROM INDIA HELL THIS RED ROOF INN LOCATION SHOULD BE CONDEMNED! ROACHES CRAWLING IN BED, NO TOWELS, HAVE TO BEG FOR THEM. NO ICE BUCKET IN ROOM AS ICE MACHINE BROKEN. NO FRIGE. NO MICROWAVE. NO TOULET PAPER, YOU HAVE TO BRING YOUR OWN! NO TRASH CAN IN ROOMS. NO WATER IN POOL AND JACUZZI JUST FULL OF ROCKS. NO BRAKFAST THAT IS ADVERTISED. BED SHEETS HAVE BLOOD STAINS. PILLOWS THAT ARE 50 YEARS OLD AND FLAT AS A PANCAKE. DIRTY BATHROOM AND BATHTUB. THE WATER SMELLS LIKE SEWER. BROKEN FRONT DOOR, VERY DIFFICULT TO OPEN AND CLOSE. FOLKS YOU CAN'T MAKE THIS UP IF YOU TRIED. IF YOU SEE AN OLD MAN FROM INDIA AT THE SERVICE DESK TELL HIM HIS MOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND WALK OUT! HE OWNS THIS JOINT. I ALSO CONTACTED RED ROOF CORPORATE AND WICHITA FALLS CITY INSPECTOR TO DO AN INSPECTION OF THIS MOTEL FROM HELL AND SHUT IT DOWN IF IT DOESN'T PASS. IT WILL NEVER PASS ANY INSPECTION!

Disgusting Rooms When we arrived we had drove for 17 hours, we had booked for a quick place to rest. When we entered the room it smelled of cigarettes and mildew, there was mold on the walls in the bathroom, the sheets on the bed were dingy, the towels were stained and dirty, there were bedbugs in the bed. DO NOT STAY HERE, DO NOT BOOK HERE, They denied any refund, and lied to the booking agency and stated we stayed there and we did not.

Simply a poor hotel not being cared for. Room I stayed in by reservation for one night was simply the worst room I have ever rented. Sink plugged and would not drain, NO hot water at all. Towel rack off the wall. Coffee maker disabled. Mini fridge frozen solid. Holes in the walls and you could see daylight above the door frame.

Wow, this was the most horrible hotel I've ever seen Both front desk agents were very nice and helpful. They didn't fix a single problem I had, but they were nice. When we arrived, I walked into a puddle of water left by the air conditioner. It was big and fairly deep. I went to turn on the light, but it didn't work. I checked the plug, good to go. I decided to make sure the light bulb was screwed in properly, and it wasn't because there was no light bulb there. I turned on the TV, but nothing happened. The remote didn't work. There was no button on the TV so I couldn't watch TV. I had to call and ask the wifi password. When I came back from dinner, the key didn't work. They sent a man to fix the air conditioner, but he did not. I used the two towels left in my room to mop up the floor, and asked for more. I got two more. Ice machine worked great, but gave no ice at all. It sounded good, though. I first thought there was a bedbug in there, but much to my relief, it was only a tiny roach. In my bed. The toilet handle was broken. The water in the bath tub dripped all night. No coffee maker. No telephone. There was a sweet ironing rack, but no iron. Or ironing board. It was a bed and a Bible, so it did the trick. But I can't imagine a scenario where I would stay there again. I wish I had my money back.

Not good. The room door had been kicked in, so the entire door was comprised and did not seal. I had to use towels around the bottom and side. There were bugs... roaches to be exact. On got into my toiletries bag, so that was fun. There was a plate of tamales left in the microwave, so room cleaning was very suspect. No refrigerator in my room that was shown in the pictures. A+ on marketing, F- on execution. oh, and don't take your swimsuit. The pool has been tarped for quite some time and the Jacuzzi is full or gravel.
