Run... The price online is NOT what they will charge you at the location. RIPP OFF ITs A RUN DOWN sh@th@le! At 4:30 AM someone was pounding on the wall from the other room. Good luck with your travels, my advice is to run like hell and not to stop in wichita falls Texas...

Awful This place is awful. First ,the receptionist was the most rude individual I have come across in a business. We had reservations for two rooms with king beds for three nights. He kept saying we only we reserved for two nights . He kept saying two beds, two beds. He was holding the reservation in his hand that showed the king bed , 3 night reservation. Then when we get to the room , the fire detector was not there. The water in the tub could not be turned off. The television did not work. The big nice lobby shown in the pictures of amenities was never open. The bed spread was dirty. It honesty is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. The worst part really was how rude the receptionist was. I would obviously not recommend this place.

No credit cards and literal cockroaches. After securing the reservation with a credit card, at check-in the front desk informed me that they would not take a credit card and I had to get in my car to drive somewhere to obtain cash. When I resisted enough they went ahead and charged it to my credit card without issue. The room smelled fine but later that night the cockroaches came out in droves both from the headboard and the TV stand (on opposite sides of the room). I caught 4 cockroaches under 1 plastic cup. The next morning they were not very pleasant about "inspecting" the room and refunding my $10 (cash) security deposit, but they did.

It's a scam.. I reserved a room for two nights on a different website. They claimed their sewer line was busted and wouldn't refund my money. The help desk hung up on me too. Stay away from oyo unless you want to loose money.

Unpleasant welcome So let me tell you about the most unhappy experience when checking in at 11pm on 10/10/2020. I arrived to the night window. In the lobby, I see an elder woman asleep in the sofa. Not paying any mind to it and not trying to disturb her, I press the little white door bell thats on the counter. The lady glances up and speaks to someone behind the front desk. This older man, in pajamas comes to the night window and says "what do you want!" I tell him that I booked a room for 1 night through a 3rd party and its already paid for. I give him my name and he replied "I need $10 cash!" I respond with, do you have a credit card machine or an ATM? "NO! I DONT KNOW WHERE THERE'S ONE!" the man replied as he walked away. Puzzled, I walk away and was able to get the $10 cash from my companion. When I return to the night window, I ring the bell again. This time the older lady comes to the window and hands me a form to fill out. I do and hand her the form with the $10 cash when she hands me the room key. I stand waiting for a receipt since I just performed a cash transaction but only get the look of, "yes!" "Excuses me ma'am" I said, "Do I get some sort of receipt". The lady says that I will get my $10 when I check out after they verify that I didn't smoke or had pets in the room. "I know ma'am", I replied "but we just exchanged cash". I then hear someone speaking Hindi in the background and she replied back to him. The older man now comes out of the woodwork yelling at me because its only $10. Standing in total disbelief, I asked if he was the owner but the older lady told me no as she starts pushing this man away. They both disappear and im standing there in total shock. What should I do, I ask myself. The only thing I can think of at this moment was to write about my experience in this review.
