a NO from me i will do my best to leave an honest review. it's a NO for me, the management and staff are extremely rude. i first got in late in the afternoon, when i got to the room the bathroom was covered in vomit. (sorry ... but true.) i was just going to clean it myself as i had cleaning supplies in my car and didn't want to have an issue with getting help from someone on my first day there, i just needed a place to sleep and this was one of the lowest rates i could find. but i didn't have everything i needed, i won't go into detail. i made the mistake of asking for help, front desk said all housekeeping had gone home for the day they could not help me. i said i will clean it myself if i could just have a scrub brush for the toilet, once again was told no i was on my own. i wasn't able to get help, but i did apparently offend them by asking for help with the problem... because they were all rude to me for the rest of my week there. manager over charged me, told me i was wrong and didn't know how a debit card works .... um ... k ...... when i finally got him to be calm enough to look at my bank statement, allow me to speak without ripping my head off ... and explained each charge to him, spoke very slowly ... finally he had to admit that he had charged me $75 extra and even when he said this to me he tried to say it in a way that meant he was right and i was wrong and this was the way he had been trying to explain it all along ... but i am being gentle here, the man was extremely rude. he was angry before i spoke, couldn't get a word in edgewise... and if you heard the conversation ... he was trying to force me to accept the charges. disgusting. it went on and on from there, the housekeeping staff actually kind of went off on me a little bit for asking for clean sheets in my room. i will leave this here. really awful experience. there are plenty of hookers and strippers and party people as clientele, there is a strip club in the parking lot. but if you are a normal traveler or someone who is disabled and in need of a roof and bed for a couple weeks (like i was) apparently they don't want your business. just honestly, there was no opportunity for kindness or civility or a good experience, really rotten people from the beginning and absolutely no concept of hospitality. seriously still upset about this, NO to this hotel.

Horrible experience for accessible room. Absolutely disgusting room and terrible service. Was told accessible rooms aren’t allowed pets, and then they changed their mind when I pressed. Room was NOT accessible in any way shape or form. Disgusting room with visible dirt and stains everywhere that were easily wiped off if I tried. Mold in the ceiling. Left early because of this and there was no manager to help so no way to get money back. Will be calling to complain Monday.

Pleasant Stay We got this room for three nights as we were sightseeing in Wichita. The quality of the room was good, not spectacular, but you expect that with a budget hotel. The staff, however, I can't say enough nice things about. I didn't confirm his name (maybe Ash) but he could not have been nicer or more helpful. Again the room was good. The pillows were okay though it's always a good idea to take your own. The hotel was situated near restaurants and the freeway for easy access. Check-in was easy with two keys provided. The breakfast service was good with all the essentials you would want. There's an impressive collection of little model cars in the lobby which made for good conversation. There is no elevator here so be careful with the stairs and your stuff. We ended up cutting our reservation short one night and we were still charged for it but there was nothing we could do about that. All in all, I would stay here again.

Nasty hotel alive bedbugs Disgusting 1st room had hair and pee in bathtub second room ceiling was falling in smelled like smoke third room was only option we had at 1130pm at night and woke up next morning to discover bed bugs!!!disgusting would never stay there
