Bad Hotel ! Don’t come here It was one of my worst experience! I was sleeping cuz that’s what I like to do when I’m traveling and stay in a hotel , and they woke me up knocking the door really strong to clean the AC !! I told them I was sleeping cuz I have a long drive at night and they said they don’t care they have to do it now !! They made me wake like 20-25 minutes until they finished letting a big mess in my room ! Water on the floor and dirty sheets ! I have to call them back to fix the noise they let on the AC and to call room service to make my bed with clean sheet and a half hour later someone brought me two sheets to make my bed by myself , also I required new towels since this is my 3rd day here and they didn’t send none ! That was soooo disrespectful!!

Two stays, two states, too headaches. The “Grab & Go breakfast” three mornings now… Cheap as usual. Really not surprised. Just stayed 2 weeks at an ESA in Wichita, and another in Frederick. Front desk has a wait time. 0-30 minutes apparently. Save yourself the money and go somewhere else.

Keep on DRIVING Terrible. I would sleep in my car before ever going back to this place, I honestly don't understand how inspection has kept them open. It's so unclean & never promising when 4 men are always right by the door when you walk in (their guest) giving you catcalls & making you clench your belongings tighter. Then a $200 deposit that is taken right away not just held until after your stay to see if there are any damages like most places do in 2022. The flooring is discgusting, I wouldn't even walk around in socks & the elevator floor is coming up & bubbled. the place needs an entire overhaul or better just shut down. I kept a chair laid down in front of my door while I slept because I didn't feel the lock was enough so this way I could hear anything if someone tried getting in. The 3rd floor (my floor) smelled like a great herb shop and I'm not to judge but couldn't they do that in there car? Anyways Ill NEVER go back.

Breaking the Law and Creating an Unsafe and Unhealthy Situations for Customers I am currently staying here with my husband, our four month old daughter and our dog. We are a military family new to the area temporary staying at this hotel for a little over two months until we close on our house. Throughout our stay, we have been reporting law breaking customers to front desk staff in the form of smoking inside the stairwells, inside rooms, right outside the doorways, and even doing illegal drugs right outside our window. Staff have continued to do nothing about this illegal situation and have even joined in. Staff members are partaking in illegal activities while on the job. Yesterday was our worse incident yet. As I was walking in the hotel through the backdoor which has a sign posted stating no smoking within 100ft of this door, an older man was right in the doorway smoking. I could not get around him to get inside. I have reported this man three times now. When I told him that there was no smoking there and showed him the sign as well as made him aware that he was breaking the law yet again, his response was to blow smoke in my four month old daughter’s face who has now been ill because of this. Not to mention, the harassment and verbal assault I received from this older man should have been enough to remove him from the premises, but he informed me that he could smoke right there because employees smoke right there. He is correct in that. Employees indeed smoke right there as well. It saddens me to see that again when I reported this illegal activity, staff did not call the police, reprimand the criminal, or ask him to leave the premises. Yet they have signs posted that they will ask customers to leave the premises if they throw too much trash in the indoor trash cans. I guess the well-being and health of my four month old daughter as well as up holding the law are less important than staff members having to take out the trash. As a result of this incident, WE called the police since staff yet again did not. The police officer informed us to immediately call 911 if another situation arises and to leave as soon as able. Apparently this establishment has quite a bad reputation with the local police department. They also informed us to report this establishment to the health department and our chain of command on base since they are breaking multiple laws: K.S.A 21-6109, K.S.A 21-6110, and K.S.A 21-6111. No manger or owner or corporate has been in contact with us yet regarding this issue. We have requested to be contacted multiple times. We have emailed and called the local hotel, emailed and called the corporate office, and spoken to staff in person hear at the hotel. Nothing has been done.

Horrific run down place!!! I booked through an online app that said this hotel was 3 stars and included breakfast. I paid online. When I got to the hotel I couldn't believe how dirty and rub down this building is. Everything is miserable, the front desk is a joke, the rooms are old and dirty and ugly. The hallways are what horror movies are made of, they smell like everything that is not healthy. Horrible. And the breakfast is just a cup of coffee out of a thermus by the front desk. They say they can't serve breakfast due to covid. The nerve!!! Stay away, these people do not deserve your hard earn money. Filth will haunt you!
