waste of money. This is my first review about hotel and honestly this was disgusting. When me and my brother and my mother went inside the bed were not made properly, we couldn’t sleep with a bed full of bugs and spiders. Do not visit this hotel with nasty breakfast, stinky beds and smelling towel with blood stains and hair on it? The beds smelt so bad I got a headache. Do not waste your money on a useless hotel.

Not great Pretty much what you would expect for a budget hotel. Rooms were ok, things needing to be fixed like broken tile in the bathroom, dirty shower, ect. Continental breakfast was ok. Pool was ok. My biggest disappointment was the hot tub. We actually chose this hotel because they had a hot tub. But it wasn't hot, it was pretty much the same temp as the pool. Not comfortable to sit in. I asked the evening front desk person if it could be made hotter. She told me they keep it at that temp on purpose so kids going back and forth from the pool to the hot tub "don't burn their skin". What?! If it's kept at a regulated temperature like most hotels, no one will burn their skin. She then told me that other adults have also complained and I should talk to the morning desk person. So, in the morning I asked that front desk person about the hot tub, she didn't care. All she said was she would make note and the next time the pool maintenance staff was in she would have them look at it. So bottom line, if you are hopeful to use the hot tub, don't stay here.

Filthy. I normally do not leave reviews but I had to with this experience. It wasn’t anything that I liked about this property. The outside of the hotel looks better than the inside. Everything that could be wrong was WRONG. Checking in I was not able to for an hour. When I got to my room finally it was 87 degrees in the room with no working a/c. I’m traveling with a disabled child and I asked for 1st or 2nd floor and I’m on the 3rd floor. I work as a front desk supervisor in ocean city, Md so i know that request are are not guaranteed. The carpets in the room are filthy! I have a disabled son who doesn’t walk just crawls to get around. These floors were so bad that I had to find a way to carry him so he wouldn’t have to crawl on the filthy floor. Food in the floor. The bathtub and shower looked so bad that I refused to take a shower in it. Bleach stains everywhere on carpets in the hallways. Sofa was stained and I refused to sit on it. I have stayed at many Choice properties as well as Country Inn and Suites. Never have I ever had such a bad experience staying within this chain of hotels. I made my issues known to the lady at the front desk and the guy that came to help her to get the computer up running again after the power went out. I booked through booking.com to see about getting a refund but according to booking the hotel manager says I never spoke to anyone about my issues which was a lie just so they would not have to refund me. If you read other reviews of this property you will see that I to am not the only unsatisfied customer. I will not be returning to this property , it was a waste of my money.

Never Come Back I booked this Hotel online because this Hotel has excellent ratings in the state that I live in. I was not expecting this Hotel to be a disaster. This Hotel needs to be remodeled the carpet is stained and dirty. Also, the beds are hard as bricks, some of the staff don’t speak English and they don’t change the bed sheets everyday. The hot tub had dirt around the rim of the hot tub because it was not cleaned and you could see the dirt in the bubbles. I found a review about the hot tub that was posted from 2023 and the hot tub is still dirty from then. There was a dead cockroach near the hot tub that was the size of Texas. Are keypads kept being demagnetized and we would have to go get a new one. The TV only got 9 channels. Are room door handle broke off inside the room and that had to be fixed. I’m really surprised by the way that this Hotel looked and things that happened, this Hotel should be shut down and rebuilt from the ground up. The only thing good about this Hotel is the breakfast, please don’t waste your money stay somewhere else.

Great I just want to thank Michelle for going above and beyond for her customer service. My daughter left behind her headphones and Michelle was able to track them down and eventually return them. She arranged to take them to UPS the next day to have them shipped back to my daughter. Thank you Michelle!
