Cold The rooms are cold. Cannot turn up the heat in your own unit past about 73 degrees. When coming jn from the cold it is nice to be able to warm your own room up to take the edge off. Disappointing. Aside from this the front desk staff are kind and welcoming.

A pleasant stay at a familiar location This was a return visit for us, so we are familiar with the hotel. Our stay was pleasant -- no significant problems but also nothing amazingly great. Our two adult sons took the 2 queen beds and I took the sofa bed, which worked out fine. The suite looked a little dated, it still had "land-line" ports. Everything worked except the AC power plugs in the lamps were a little loose, the modern AC adapters (like the one for my Mac) were too heavy so I had to plug that directly into the wall. Breakfast was fine; staff were friendly and professional, especially the person who helped us check-in at midnight.

Clean with friendly staff and good food options Most everything here is in good shape l do have issue with the TV options. There are no smart tv with streaming options. Room was mostly clean but high dusting and vents were very dirty. The Food options were good and area was very clean

Home away from home We had an excellent stay here! We had to relocate when we lost power and this hotel really exceeded our expectations. I’m a clean freak and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable. The accommodations were great. The staff was incredibly nice. The breakfast was better than I expected! It was truly a great experience and I think we will return when we get our floors refinished. The suite didn’t feel cramped with a toddler, hubby, and a dog. It turned a stressful week into a mini vacation. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool but maybe next time!

Excellent location This hotel was awesome! Great location, near anything you need or want (markets, Marshall’s, restaurants). It was very clean, staff was professional and courteous, rooms were comfortable, clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great!
