Disgusting, Avoid at All Costs Absolutely disgusting, I understand this is a budget friendly option but that is no excuse for filth. Ants in the shower, cockroach on the bathroom wall the morning of our departure, horribly stained curtains, a cigarette burn in the comforter, hair on the towels and on the shower walls. Upon checkout I brought this to the front desk staff’s attention and was told “All I can do is send an email to housekeeping.” I’ve worked in hotels for the last 6+ years, I was as nice as possible when expressing these complaints. I am not picky when it comes to hotels as long as they are clean and I have a place to lay my head. My mom wanted to leave a night early without saying a word, but after spending $300+ dollars that is not acceptable. I will be calling back for the manager to seek compensation.

Do not walk barefoot . The room was very basic- expected that for the price- but kind of run down. The floor was filthy. it had been raining so I took my shoes off. My feet were black on the soles. I took a hand towel and wet it and rubbed it on the floor- filthy. I did not stay and got another motel.

Best place in Wilmington Not the first time saying here and it won’t be the last, this place is amazing, staff is great and helpful, I had a light out and told the front desk and befi got to my room the maintenance man was already there ready to fix the light, housekeepers are very helpful and great service, our room was spotless and smelled so clean . Thanks suburban staff I’ll see you next time.

Tonya Zeferino dejesus It was very clean and staff was very friendly . Would recommend it. Luv the kitchen area very well stocked. Close to downtown and it also close to shopping areas. I will definitely stay here again!!!!

Suburban extended stay and Manizha excellent service. I've been in the Suburban extended stay for three months now. I can only say good things about service. Specially one of Manizha. Reasonable priced rooms, and good house keeping. Really great experience.
