We will be back! I recently stayed here at The Hilton Garden Inn with my wife for several days. We have stayed at this property a number of times, but this stay and past stay they weren't quiet what we are accustomed to. There were several issues regarding our stay. The front desk agents could not explain to me about the breakfast vouchers or points. It was very confusing. Then, when we called down to the front desk, we had asked to extend our stay, which, again, the young lady wasn't understanding my request. My wife and I went to the front desk and still had issues with explaining what we wanted. The agent was having a difficult time understanding my request, and I wasn't fully understanding her ad well. Another young lady came to the desk and asked if she could help. Later, I was informed that she was the manager. She came out and resolved the issue, explaining several things that we had asked at checkin as well throughout our stay. She was extremely friendly, professional, and great with customer services, which you don't often find. Once all was resolved, we made a long-lasting impression on both sides. I learned the origin of the young lady's unique name and her families history and found a new great restaurant to have dinner as well. We will continue to make this our stop when traveling to the area.

CUTTING CORNERS ON BASIC MAINTENANCE! Overall the hotel was nice and clean. Just a standard hilton property. Until I went to close the black out blinds. Come on, you can do better! They need to be replaced but instead tried to cover the holes with duct tape! I had to use a large clip to hold them together so there was no light.

Go elsewhere unless this only hilton available too you Spent 7 days here for a work trip Hilton diamond member who stays at hiltons/hyatts alot Pros Central location Clean room Comfortable bed Cons As a hilton diamond member the perks here are negligible...they offer a $10 a day credit but the morning breakfast buffet (which is pretty much free breakfast at any other hilton business hotel like embassy or tru) is $15...want to buy something al a cart...$15-20....for same room price stay at another hilton business hotel and get a free hot breakfast. It's very cheap feeling they don't offer this. The front desk. When they are present they are kind but definitely need some training or a manager who is actually around...I witnessed a 20 min transaction involving a very tired guest trying to pay with cash for her room and this confused and pretty much locked up the front desk woman...I just wanted to buy some water...I was tempted to ask for the manager so I could ask them why they are not available to help their front desk when in need but ultimately gave up and went to my room. Kinda ridiculous. Whoever is this manager train your staff and be present to pop out and help out when needed. Twice I went to front desk during the 9-5 hours to find no one around...both times the bartender had to come over to check on me after she could not find the front desk person. Front desk woman seemed unable to understand the diamond free room upgrade perk...she said no upgrades yet didn't check the computer once... Overall a 2/5 experience. Go stay at tru or embassy suites instead. 3 of my business associates changed from hilton garden inn mid trip due to similar issues.

Wonderful Time Took a last minute trip to Winchester and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. Let me say everyone that we a delight! Very welcoming and no bad attitudes to be found. Decided to do the burger special for dinner and it was great!! The rooms are in great shape and well appointed. The only bummer is the lack of accessible plugs and I couldn't find a USB outlet at all. Easy to change out some of those plugs to outlets with USB. Great location also! Would I stay here again-absolutely!

Mostly Good Everything went smoothly, no problems, front desk staff was welcoming. The lobby was nicely decorated. The food at the restaurant was very good (margarita was so-so). Our waitress, Sierra, was exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room itself (511) was disappointing, needs a little love. There was a large stain on the carpet by the desk. The doorframe of the bathroom was chipped. There was no makeup mirror in the bathroom when I really could have used one (there for a wedding). Luckily we spent very little time in the room.
