Great views, must have been great once. Great views that is about all this hotel has going for it. Very tired and old. The hotel could be great with a good make over. Breakfast isn’t the best not much choice. The room was ok, the furniture was old and tatty l. The bed was fairly comfy. I wouldn’t pay the price again. You also have to pay to use the spa which is 20 pound for 2 hours.

Pricey and poor Hotel very tired, rooms in need of upgrade as is the whole hotel. Best bits are the location and the staff who are friendly. Everything is an extra, the hot tubs were 20.00 extra pp and weren’t working. Drinks are really expensive and breakfast is just tea/coffee toast and cereal, everything else is at cost. Definitely better elsewhere for the same cost which wasn’t cheap. Afraid we won’t be back.

A great view of the lake Stayed in the Windermere Suite for one night to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, we enjoyed the private hot tub and view overlooking the beautiful lake. There were a lot of options to choose for breakfast and again the view of the lake was fabulous. Unfortunately the plug in the bath was broken which did spoil the romantic evening a bit, but nonetheless the room was lovely and modern and very clean

Spectacular Lake Side Views Lovely Hotel with spectacular view of the lake from the bedroom window. Shower was over the bath making it difficult for older people to use if they had mobility problems. Continental breakfast with a cooked breakfast available at extra cost. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel.
