Stay at the other holiday inn or choose another chain Pee stains on the toilet seat in our room on check in. Dirty hotel room floor by bed. Room 610 October 2022. Broken treadmill (the one by the mirror). Speed is incorrect on the treadmill and needs repair. I also was not very impressed with the hotel sundrys on offer.

Do not stay at this hotel Prior to booking, we were not made aware of the following: - pool is closed - restaurant is closed for dinner - ice machines are broken - parking lot is used as a play area for children to ride bikes - people staying in the hotel are not expected to abide by hotel rules (music was played loudly, children were running up and down the hallways, screaming, yelling, etc. until 1am)

Dont stay here!!! All reviews seem to be old. Well im here in september 2023. This hotel is a refugee hotel. Unknown to us when booking, most of it is bought up by the government to house refugees. Not a problem but there were loads of kids running around and playing in the halls, very noisy. We complained and the halls were cleared quickly but today, kids are back in the halls. Pool and gym are shut down. Place is in disrepair. At almost $200 a night before taxes, i would expect much much better than this. As a hotel business you cant have it both ways. Either get your money from the government and rent long term, or be a hotel, but i dont think it works for both. So my recommendation is find somewhere else to stay.

Worst hotel stay or customer service experience I've ever had. The worst hotel experience ive ever had. One staff member was unacceptable rude. I was approached in the parking lot by Sue the sales representative. Her arms were up yelling at me without even a conversation to see why i was putting my small take out garbage into the dumpster. Her body language was of aggression and hostile approaching my vehicle.  This is not a way to approach anyone regardless of the situation. As not one sign was placed to display this. The gates of the trash were open.  As the manager later explained that the dumpster isnt for hotel guest. After that i used the garbage can. She definitely won't be selling rooms with that attitude. After the fact. The sales representative decided to park beside me with her own vehicle? with hostility. Smirking at me. This is a form of bullying.I have never seen this type of customer service in life, this is unacceptable.  Now she is asking me for proof of my employment for my rated stay....unacceptable.
