Great Ski Vacation Stayed here for 3 nights on a buy 2 get 1 free deal. Perfect for my family. My daughter and I caught the free shuttle to the ski resort right at the driveway while my wife stayed in the condo and explored the town. Comfy bed in the upstairs bedroom and great Murphy bed in the living room. Bring your own firewood for the fireplace. Pool and jacuzzi in separate building easy to get to and clean. Great views of mountains from our condo. Can't wait go back. Stayed in Corona 8.

The 70s called. They want their condo back We got a 'great price' on this hotel through a well known site. On check in we stayed 30 minutes before deciding to walk away and check in some place else. Luckily, there was a Best Western in town with vacancy. The room was gross. Dated. There was no tv in the bedroom. Now we have to try to dispute the charges because the pictures they show on the travel sites look nothing like the unit we received. Disappointing because we've stayed in Winterpark for years and never encountered such a misrepresentation of hotel and condo conditions.

Can't beat the mountain breeze! Stayed in Corona 8 in August 2014. Loved it! It's just a few miles up the hill from the town of Winter Park. The views are excellent, the mountain breeze through the open windows is not to be beat, and there are hiking trails (creek) within walking distance among lots of wildflowers. Yes, it's a somewhat "dated" decor, especially the tube TVs, and the shower is rather dark with a thick shower curtain. But for a place to stay for a few days, it was peaceful and quiet and totally adequate. The queen bed was comfortable in the upstairs bedroom and there's a murphy bed on the ground floor. Quaint! The kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need and you can eat in or go to town very quickly. If you listen closely, you might even hear a train in the distance, or a hummingbird right outside your window. I would request to stay in this unit again.

Corona 8 Loved this place, the son got the lounger after 7 hours of skiing everyday. The couch was very comfortable but we didn't need the Murphy bed. The bedroom was nice because the sofa reclined to a bed. If I was younger and on a budget you could sleep 8 in here, having sex with your partner would be awkward though. Safeway right down the street for food and drinks, cook your dinners and save on the bars. Awesome place. The shuttle bus picks you up 100 yds from your door.

Good deal for savers We've stayed in a couple places here. This specific review is for Columbine #7. These are dated condos, I think from the 70s judging by the bathroom and kitchen deco. They typically have more modern furniture. In this one, the couches are so worn they aren't very comfortable. The TV is pretty small by modern standards. But it's roomy enough and if you aren't picky about having a very updated place, it's a great price for what you get. We had some issues with the heat and they sent someone to fix it right away and gave us a credit. The biggest issue is some don't have wifi, which is pretty much a basic these days.
