Really good experience We were on the top floor. Loved the high vaulted ceiling. The glass elevator was fun too. We had the regular double queen room with sofa. It was spacious. All of the employees we encountered were super nice. We enjoyed our balcony. Beds were comfy, plenty of pillows. Waterpark was awesome, the water was warm, lots of things to do. We purchased the soda sipper cups with free refills. I do wish there would have been a soda fountain on each floor for refills instead of going down to the lobby or water park each time. Another minus was toilet was VERY loud when flushed. I also didn’t like the 19 dollar a night parking fee. We had no problem with any holds on our debit card, but we didn’t set up the wristbands to charge to our room.

Crappy stay, prices, pics, up charges everywhere. Shew if your looking for a million dollar business ran in 5.00 buck this place is for you. From the pictures not being the correct one, "Booking.com". To paying for parking, no one is American there. Finding a 612.50 extra charge on your card the following day. It's just been nothing but a headache. Do yourself a favor and just stay over at kalahari across the street 1000% better!!! Larger, cleaner, and more to do.

Great place to spend the 4th of July Pros: loved all the extra activities for the children and family. Cotton candy, popcorn, dance party, face painting all complimentary for the forth of July. The Waterpark rides were well supervised and very fun. Staff was very helpful and if you needed anything for your rooming came quickly. Towels and beds were comfortable. Cons: Rooms need serious update. Carpet was old and didn't seem very clean. Chairs and couches could stand to be cleaned. Overall we were happy with our stay.

Kids had fun, my experience was not Overall not my best experience, kids had fun which is important.. but all of the hidden charges were a bit annoying, as well as my room balcony being closed for construction.. why would I want a room where 1 of the amenities is off limits..? we never once had our room cleaned once, and we stayed for 2 days and 3 nights.. I also wasn’t aware that paying for parking was a thing, the rooms are already 300+ a night, why am I meant to pay for even more..?

Just OK Checked in an hour early and our room was ready! Went to the waterpark which was extremely crowded but was still fun. Lifeguards very attentive. Room was adequately cleaned. Mattresses felt like underinflated air mattresses and pillows were all thin and lumpy. Expected more with the price paid. Had 2 cupcakes from the shop in the lobby. They were so old that the cake was actually hard and the frosting had turned solid. Ok place for waterpark but not for sleeping or eating.
