Fantastic visit to the spa I recently had the pleasure of returning to this spa for a half day package, of which i have been coming to for years now, and it has definitely stepped up,
I am well impressed with the changes implicated, with I'm sure more positive changes to come. it is clean and well presented. Food was very nice.
Staff are friendly, professional and very helpful.
And I had a hot stone massage with Rianna which was very good.
Highly recommend spa to visit.

Lovely stay Just back from a one night stay… had the nicest time, great room with a balcony, the staff were all lovely, the food was delicious and the spa was just what we needed to relax and forget about the world for a little while. I will definitely come back again.

Avoid this The hotel/booking.com are working together. They are not refunding our booking fee. This is despite the fact the hotel closed the spa, pool and stated they would authorise a refund if we chose to cancel. We followed their advice and more than a week later we do not have our refund and the hotel are ignoring our communications.

Golf weekend nightmare! Booked golf trip through golftravel in October 2023 all rooms confirmed with 8 friends 2 nights weekend !paid extra for single rooms ,6pm Saturday finshed golf when to check in ,no rooms available, ?after 2+hours 5 shared in one accommodation, 2 other rooms come available through cancellation, not what you want to here after playing golf just want a room and shower!by now it's 8.30pm !still no explanation why 8 rooms where cancellation!very disappointed
