Just saying would not stay again The floor were really dirty and sticky my granddaughter sock will not come clean. Our feet were very dirty nothing in the office didn't work no breakfast like they said myself would not stay again.

It's all about customer service We did not stay here but I give them five stars based on how they treated us. We reserved a room but had crazy circumstances that resulted in our calling them to cancel in mid afternoon of our check-in date. I can imagine the irritation this has to be for them-even including the potential for lost money from an empty room. Despite no obligation to do so, they were kind enough to allow us to cancel the reservation without charge. Any management willing to do that earns a high score in my book and we will reward them with a stay the next time we are in the area.

rip off this motel is a rip off I was lied to and overcharged on weekly rate it's been over 10 days and still haven't gotten my money they said they would refund didn't have hot water for 3 days and they said when you check out they'll fix it so no showers for 3 days and then they have the nerve to say the room was dirty when we checked out not once in a week did they clean the room I did it myself and the floors are always dirty dusty rooms blankets are very uncomfortable. broken ice buckets dirty trash cans very thin pillows and you. cannot understand 90% of what they say.. no continental breakfast like advertised

The Best people I recently stayed just for an over night get away, and everything was perfect. My room was clean and ready. Exactly the room I wanted. The people are amazing, Melissa who does the front desk is so friendly and helpful. I couldn't get the TV to work and she came to my room personally and fixed it in a second. I forgot to push a button. She was perfect and cheerful and didn't mind helping at all. She introduced me to the new owner who is very nice and friendly. He also made sure everything was good. And Robbie from house keeping did amazing job on my room which was clean, well stocked with towels and the bed was so comfortable I had no problems resting at all. I will be using the Econologe the next time I need a break, and just want to relax.

Will never return This motel is a dump. I expected better than big burn holes in the bedspread, and I do mean big, the blow dryer was hanging out of the wall by the wires, walls had a hole in them and patched in another place, room needed painted, someone had painted one wall awhile back and the red paint was on the laminate floor, not just little drops but a big smear of it. We will never stay there again. The one nice thing I do have to say about this Econo Lodge is the staff was nice.
