Deplorable conditions/Unprofessional attendant Double Charged: Prebooked through Travelocity but the attendant insisted that the credit card didn't go through even when I had the confirmation of payment. To my dismay, I discovered that not only was I charged by the Days Inn directly (for a total of $94.82), but Travelocity also charged me (for a total of $110.49). This double charge is unacceptable and has caused significant inconvenience. Room Conditions: The room itself was far from satisfactory. A large hole in the wall, partially obscured by a dorm refrigerator, greeted me. Additionally, the entry door refused to lock properly—neither the bolt nor the mechanical lock functioned as they should. My husband even managed to re-enter the room without the electronic key due to this issue. As you can imagine, this compromised our safety and peace of mind. Attendant’s Behavior: The attendant’s demeanor was less than professional. His stern voice and insistence that he knew it was the correct booking despite our protestations, left us feeling manipulated and frustrated. We do not have a credit card with the numbers he mentioned, and his refusal to consider our perspective was disheartening.

Don’t stay here drive farther so you won’t have this problem. Will not be staying here anymore. Couldn’t wait for morning to come so I could leave

Turned from bad to worse I'm supposed to stay 2 nights, but I will be leaving early. First, they had very limited clean rooms available. The first room they assigned me wasn't cleaned. 2nd, I woke up to a roach crawling on me! Not to mention that the rooms stink. The staff is friendly enough but I am very disappointed in my stay. I had a good experience 10 years ago, but they have clearly gone downhill.

This is what me and my family had to go through Me and my family went there to stay because of unfortunate circumstances and I have a child who is disabled with ADHD and Autistic. The people at the front desk were very rude. We had to clean our own room and take out our trash. They never came in and changed our bed. The people who run the front desk told us they would kick us out if we didn’t find a place for my disabled child to go and they give us a day to do that. Some of the employees who work there also live there with their family. So how is that fair. So if you are thinking about going there. Please take my advice and go to another Day’s Inn in another city
