Spent 6 days attending meetings there. The staff was so very helpful. Maria at the desk was very knowledgeable and met all my needs. Waiter Adam went the extra mile to see that I had all I needed and wanted, and was very friendly, smiling while working. Maria provided all we asked for, and was friendly and listened to my requests. She was prompt in the checking in and out process.

Here for weekend business meeting While the outside and main lobby are clean & updated the rooms, at least room 131 need help. Mold in bathroom, carpet is old and loose. Bathroom window frame is broke. Small itty bitty bath towels that do not fit larger folks. Door to pool from room will not open (safety issue). Room feels dirty

Excellant Staff & facilities This was an uplanned overnight side trip and I'm really happy I stayed here. This hotel is excellant in every way - facility, staff, location, etc. I was on a "Road Trip" and the room was a perfect respite - large, clean, comfortable bed/bedding and all the necessary amenities. The staff (especially Bill, Mandy &Araceli - front desk) were amazing. They were friendly, efficient and really helpful with things to do & restaurants. It was a delightful contrast to the Red Lion in Post Falls where I stayed the previous night (I do NOT recommend).

Dirty socks between the sheets. Imagine my surprise when I slide my cold feet under the covers in the hotel bed and...wait what do I feel down there under the sheet? Is that a pair of socks the last person left? Red Lion in Yakima doesn't actually change the sheets for new guests. I wonder what other dried body fluids from previous occupants I was sleeping in?

We will never stay here again. There was a conference next door so we were all given this hotel as the place to stay. Convenient? Yes. Would I ever stay here again? Absolutely not. Check-in was at 3 pm and not one minute sooner. Upon entering our room, we had two whole bath towels and no other towels, eg hand towels and washcloths. There was one half-roll of toilet paper. We were told there was no maid service. We ran into maids in the hallway and asked for towels & TP and were told no/don't worry, we'll get to it. They never did, so we went to the front desk to get those things. The room smelled musty, there was a big tear in the curtain, a bloodstain on the sheet, and multiple flies were in the room upon entry. The staff was friendly.
