Yoseite Valley Beautiful area of Yosemite Valley. Our bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was fantastic! The lodge is a short walk to the base of the falls which was an added bonuw. We would definitely come back here again!

Yosemite Valley Lodge and park Cute little cabins below the Yosemite! Clean and quaint! Many trails to wander and take on the sites! Within walking distance to Bridal Veil falls, not overpowering falls this time but a nice stream! Breathtaking sites of El Capitan and Bridal Veil Falls!

Location, location, etc This is a comfortable basic hotel in Yosemite National Park, near Yosemite Falls. The rooms have a double bed and a bunk bed which holds three, two below and one above. The rooms have a refrigerator, TV and internet, unusual for a National Park. A cafeteria and restaurant are nearby. Limited lighting in walking paths

Paying (alot) for the location You are definitely paying for the location. The room was no better than OK. It seemed quite old and in need of refurbishment but it was clean and everything worked. I particularly disliked the shutters on the outside of the windows which could be manipulated from outside the room – with no curtain at the window. The bed was comfortable. Fridge and coffee maker. Shower generally ok but one morning out of four there was very lukewarm water. Never managed to log on to wifi; there was a notice in my room saying this is being upgraded but don’t recall seeing any timescale. No difficulty parking near room at 7pm but I think non-residents are able to use those spaces in daytime so could be an issue if returning earlier.

They do not care We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights for 2 couple to celebrate a birthday and enjoy the beauty of Yosemite What a surprise to have a room different per night _ Not convenient and clearly not what we planned : check out to check in again 5h later what a joke. But issues happen. Problem here is check in staff could not care less. They have no intention to solve help or even ease the situation
