Holiday Inn Express & Suites Zapata by IHG

Zapata I have a blast here. The personnel are kind and attentive. The parking spaces are always available and clean. Hotel has a large variety of TV channels. Breakfast is always hot and good. The business center is always a life saver and they dont charge for it either.

WOW! Very impressed with this property! The bed was very comfortable and the shower was one of the best. Yummy breakfast and great location. See Rogelio for an awesome suite over looking a Falcon Lake inlet.

From Laredo to Zapata The staff was friendly and amazing. We were in town for a family reunion and they were very accommodating to our huge family. The suite was very nice and spacious. We will definitely book holiday inn for our future travels.

Slept like a king Honestly I perfer this hotel than anybody else you walk in they greet you the right way how’s your day going and why you staying in. The rooms are the best it feels like your home next time I’m around I be staying here for sure.

When I walk in the Front Desk, I was approach with a greeting with a smile. { Everytime } There is a lady prepares the Continental Breakfast, she was Amazing { Alicia } . She is polite, courtesy. Your dining area was spotless and everything was stock, We did have an issue with a plumbing overflowing shower and commode. But, Repair was done a blink of an eye. Housekeeping Service was fantastic.. If you're wondering if, we would ever return back to your Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites in Zapata TX.. Definitely we will return. I did mention to one of your staff that we have been faithful to a local hotel over 20 years.. this hotel has not change thier mattress for many, many years. The rugs smells and look Nasty .
