I finally received the email from the company and did manage to get the product installed with some difficulties. Mostly because MacOS would not let me uninstall office 2019 in whole or part. I finally used the Office Tool to unregister my office 2019
and I was able to delete each part separately. I then installed Office 2024 and verified it. I checked that my files worked and put it away.
