Customer service is awesome! They followed up after purchase to ensure my software was working. Almost a month later, I encountered a problem due to my own error. Emailed them, got an immediate reply and resolution. This team and their product is fantastic!

1) I was a supplemental member. I couldn't renew without the member renewing. She moved and didn't want to renew.
2) In club or app, it cost $60 to buy my own membership. I only had to pay $27 through Groupon.
