Need to buy for each person with voucher one by one. Confirm the availability at the vendor side first. Other than that, very easy to redeem. Great value! The ferry boat is quite large. Waiver signing is done beforehand. Check in is straight forward. The reminder message with link to the ticket code is very helpful. Parking is also easy at nearby lot. Recommend to arrive a bit early to board.

Great experience - saw lots of dolphins and a Whale! Pricing is confusing, you buy tickets but may incur extra fees (I bought what I thought were tickets but then had to pay an extra 50 dollars)

All the employees there were great! Excellent customer service. There was a long line when I arrived but the employees made sure to do everything right & keep the line moving! Out of all the Valvoline's, I like this one the best!
