30 min infrared sauna session + 45 min fascia blasting with Red light therapy
Wasn’t sure what to expect but the experience was great. Clean facilities, the 30 mins in sauna was more than enough time for me to get a good sweat in there and the fascia blasting massage with Lacey was a great experience as well. I’ll be back for sure!

Chakra Balancing Guided Meditation Challenge: Activate The Energy Within You
The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
