Alex was great—I had no issues with communication in advance and he was there when I arrived. Massage had just the right amount of pressure and the hot stones were amazing!

Fret! really came through for me this time. I got my packages in less than 3 days—and during a busy week too! Major win. Everything was exactly as ordered and packed with care.
Heads-up though: if you’re ordering around the holidays, definitely place your order early. UPS and FedEx can get backed up, and Fret! does their part fast, but the carriers sometimes lag. Still, I’ve been super impressed with their speed and reliability. Will totally order again!
