I had no problem with this purchase. Received my redemption code within a few minutes after credit card went through and then was directed to receive a code to get the License Key. Followed the steps and I had my Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus installed. I had to uninstall my previous version first. Other than that, it was good to go!
