I recently purchased a new laptop which came with Windows 11 Home installed on it but I wanted the Professional version, and I was aware of the fact that I didn't need to pay retail price for it. i was also aware of Groupon so when I looked into upgrading I decided upon Groupon in order to make my purchase, it was my first purchase with them. I made my purchase on 11/05/2025 but was unable to install the upgrade until 11/06/2025 due to prior obligations. Once I had some time the entire upgrade took about 10 minutes. It honestly couldn't have been any easier. I now have Windows 11 Pro installed and activated on my new machine with all of my data still in place. I lost absolutely nothing, my settings didn't change in the least and I couldn't be any happier. I highly recommend Groupon. The entire process was just slick as can be!

It was so easy to find and have my cat checked in. The valet took my bag, gave me a ticket for my keys, and drive me right to my airline. He was conversational, polite, and an excellent driver. I will definitely use this service again.
