Coaches provide a nonaggressive environment and are genuinely interested in your safety and progress. Classes are small enough for individual attention. We encourage you to push yourself and your limits, but it will always be with a coach, & fellow athletes, watching, cheering, and supporting you.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
From personal experience our owners know that CrossFit can change your life. When done properly and paired with a healthy diet this form of fitness training will work for anyone, at any fitness level, of any age. We want to help others change their lives and improve their futures and health.
What do you love most about your job?
We love to see our athletes when they do something that they thought 10 seconds ago was "impossible." The smile that lights up their face when they achieve the "impossible" is so true and sincere. They can take on the world and accomplish anything with that attitude and pride.
