As someone who was a REALTOR (yes, NAR member), for 6 years in NH, Pamela Kemper has presented a real estate course that I found to be truly comprehensive, and specific to Florida Law. I paid almost $400 for my original real estate course up North. I could not believe the bargain I was being presented with, and snatched it up.
