The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
The staff was very friendly & professional. It was my first visit & they took the time to show me the options available and explained the differences in the infrared saunas. I had a wonderful experience and will def be returning whenever I’m in Jacksonville again. I highly recommend this salon.
