I seeked their support during the installation and they responded within several minutes (Note, no days, it's minutes) and it was Saturday night. Amazing customer support! It is also a really good deal comparing to my annual subscription to Microsoft just to use Excel and Word.

Huge shoutout to Brian for doing a phenomenal job on my carpets and stairs! Not only did he manage to get out stains that have been there for years, he really went above and beyond in providing us with top-notch customer service. He’s very professional and has a great eye for detail. Highly recommend!
