Didn’t work at first. Emailed support and they answered and resolved the problem quickly. Downloaded easily and was able to use immediately. The vendor does state to keep the activation code in the case that the program asks for it again in a few weeks. That is reasonable and I don’t expect any issues. Thank you for a good product at a great price - better than anyone else’s!
I was a bit skeptical at first, but after reading a few positive reviews, I decided to give it a try—figuring I could always dispute the charge if it didn’t work. To my surprise, it worked perfectly! I had an existing Adobe account and the redemption process was smooth. I received a code and a link to the Adobe redemption page, and everything was very easy to set up. Just a heads-up: my email with the code ended up in my spam folder, so be sure to check there. The only minor downside was the wait time—I purchased it at 8pm and received the code around 5:30am the next morning. Other than that, it was a great experience.
