When you hear the word "yoga," you might think of gentle poses and meditative breathing exercises. Then again, you might think of sweat-inducing stretches performed in a heated studio. Whatever yoga means to you, Eden Yoga offers a place to learn and grow at your own pace. The studio's classes range from slow-paced and introspective to dynamic and physically demanding. Most of the classes fall somewhere between those two extremes, pushing students to explore their physical limits but stopping short of full-fledged levitation.

What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Not only do we customize each massage based on the needs of the client. We take the time to listen and get to know you. We care about our clients.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I want to work with cancer patients and survivors . I have certificate in Oncology Massage. I know how beneficial massage is to cancer patients and survivors.
What do you love most about your job?
I love that I get to meet new people every day and build a relationship with them that I normally wouldn't do. It's a different type of relationship that you have with your massage therapist. I help people feel good and that is the best feeling in the world!
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
I would have to say, coming from one of my clients. She had told me that "she has had many massages from pretty much all over the world and I am one of the best she has ever had." That made feel so good. I must admit and a little embarrassed too.
