Instructions for installation came immediately. I had an issue with the reinstallation and they responded 10 minutes later. Very customer service oriented. I'd buy from them again without hesitation.
What an amazing experience! I paid to meet Molly the opposum and that was amazing and then we also got to see all of the other animals and hear their stories too. It was just incredible!
Working directly with LegacyBox has been easy and helpful. Had some issues with the Groupon I was given and that took over a week to get figured out (wasn't happy about that) but got it resolved and worked directly with LegacyBox to get everything I needed. Can't say what the process is going forward but hopefully will be just as good as the initial order process.
