The software website was a little awkward to use. I put in the requisite data and hit the submit button and the website stated the information was incorrect. However, the software licence was sent to my email. Thankfully.
Andrea did really good!! She told kept me
informed what the next step was. I would
highly recommend her. I’m going back in
Dec for another session for microneedling.
I received everything I needed to get the microsoft up and running in a timely manner. It was super easy and so far no issues whatsoever using the app.
