Great customer service. The owner is friendly and transparent about the work our car needed and the pricing of the repairs. Our car was fixed in a timely manner. Convenient and safe after hours drop off service as well. Will be back if we have more car repair needs
Was sad I couldn’t get a transmission fluid change and I’m not sure if it’s laziness or seriously stripped and un accessible… oops change was nice and fast. BUT went to Bellevue location asked about transmission fluid change and was recommended to go to Redmond location… came here for nothing because they don’t want to do it either…
