Bought this and with in 1/2 hour I received the email with the key and download instructions with videos. Uninstalled my 2016 version and installed this 2024 for Windows with no problems. I did receive the error when activating online that the key was used too many times BUT the telephone activation worked like they said to do. Also to my surprise all of my Outlook email accounts carried over!!! I was dreading to reconfigure all of my email accounts. No worries with this so far!!!!
