Jesse was very nice and professional. Offered me some products but I didn't feel the pressure to buy them like other places. The result section is hard to fill out because I've only had 1 treatment.

Erin and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic - professional, attentive to my asks, and very sweet! The location is very well maintained, facilities are absolutely stunning! Tee, water, and champagne were available, and the relaxation room was lovely! The only issue that I had was booking - I needed to move my original appointment, there was a miscommunication on the phone and they scheduled me for a different day which would have been fine but when I went to confirm my appointment everything was at a different time than she had told me and from my confirmation email. When I called to resolve, the girl had no idea what I was talking about and would not move my appointment to what the confirmation email stated.
