I have to say Noelle is a great colorist! I decided to get my hair lightened and get highlights and went to a lady twice and I was a mess it was red orange brown and blonde I went to Noelle and on the first visit she did a amazing job she really knows what she is doing 😊♥️😊♥️ I recommend her very highly!
