The staff at the Jiffy Lube on Red Bug Road in Winter Springs, Fl. were so nice and welcoming, very helpful and very efficient.

Their scheduling was nice. Their staff is very friendly, nice, and professional. They are very helpful. The place is clean and even the bathroom is clean, lol. Very efficient work. They even inspected my car to let me know of any future issues I may need to attend to. I will definitely be going to them for my future needs. They did my wheel alignment in great time and my car rides wonderfully.

Rose, the manager at the new location on Pleasant Hill Rd. in Kissimmee, FL, was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills, attentiveness, professionalism, and overall personality almost made me forget that I was just getting an oil change. From start to finish, you were her priority, and even when her staff would come to her for approval or guidance, she showed them the same courtesy, respect, and kindness she was showing me. The members of her team demonstrated respect and humility towards her as well. While observing everyone on staff, it was evident that they were comfortable and focused on what they had to do, and it seemed that they were all glad to be there. Kudos to Rose and her team for the work they're doing. I will definitely be going back in the future.

Parking Spot South was great yesterday when I arrived home. The bus driver helped me clear my car and guided me out of my snow covered spot. They are quick to pick up when you arrive home.
