I’m a first time customer and went to her establishment for a cut, deep condition and blow dry today. Diane was friendly, personable and professional. I discussed wanting layers. My hair was a little past my shoulders in the back, so she charged $20 extra, but most salons do. My cut and layers looked really nice and I’m pleased with her service. I will be going back for the upkeep.
She was friendly we did not talk, but I was in a lot of stress today, so and she speaks another language and I speak Afrikaans, so I think she picked up on that which is totally ok. She did a great job and this was my first time here. What I liked was that she used cool water on my hair for rinse off and did not wring and pull my hair like some others. I have fine hair and it takes me forever to get it to a point where it's healthier and longer, so I appreciated that. Hairdryer was a bit hot but otherwise all good. Baie dankie!!!
Twist service with hair twisted into 2 strands and consultation, wash, and style
My experience was good. From start to finish it took 30 minutes for a wash and twist. Only downfall was I was informed we are only allowed to use groupon once as a first-time customer. I told Sera and showed her the groupon terms, as well as the fact that groupon shows I can purchase it again & she said that should have been updated. I will go back, but would rather use groupon to save a bit.
