I'm a novice when it comes to downloading and installing (what feels to me complex) software. I've stalled for months to purchase and install the Office software...waiting on adult children to visit so they could do it. Well, I could wait no longer, so I took the plunge. This merchant made it as easy as possible. The brief tutorial video was really helpful -- DON'T MISS WATCHING IT. I could not have installed the Office software on my new computer without it. I highly recommend this product and merchant.

Very slow when we were there. Only 1 waitress and we had to get silverware from the cook. The food was good and worth the price.
