I was a little timid when I first got into the pod, but relaxed after about 20 min, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing hours of my life! I think I might have disassociated when I was in there, and the hour flew by! The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends!!
Shauna was the best. We did the salt room and although it wasn't quite what we expected we did ask questions and decided to do the ionic foot soak. She was pleasant and didn't mind answering my questions.
