I had a very nice massage with Ashley. The front desk staff was very accommodating.

The facility has a very calm / relaxing environment and the staff was FANTASTIC!!! Received a tour and look forward to trying other services they provide.

Just the right amount of pressure really worked out the knots

I like to not eat before my cold plunge and use it as a day of 1 light meal or even fasting all day for a deeper purification.

I was a little timid when I first got into the pod, but relaxed after about 20 min, and it was honestly one of the most relaxing hours of my life! I think I might have disassociated when I was in there, and the hour flew by! The woman at the front desk was incredibly sweet and helpful. I will definitely be back and recommend to friends!!

I had a wonderful experience. I booked massages and facials for my mom's birthday weekend and everything was nice from waiting area to the services. It was relaxing.
