unable to download and use product. no response fronm help request. extremely frutrated . feeling ripped off.

I’ve used Word, Excel and PowerPoint for a week and everything works just fine. Customer service responded fast to help activate the product. Overall, it was a pleasant experience to buy this product from Groupon!
