I have yet to receive the product, so I can’t tell you more about that right now (will edit), but the experience made me feel great about my purchase decision and confident if not satisfied. So far, so good. I just joined and did a quick walk through and got a few things. My membership setup was easy through Groupon, I did it through the Groupon app right at the BJs store and it was almost instantaneous that BJs CS had my info in the system and was able to print my membership card.
