Purchased this for a laptop that had Home and Student 2021 installed on it as an update and replacement. Had some issues getting the program to activate but David@mycodes.com was responsive and stayed with me throughout the process offering solutions and assistance until we were able to activate Office 2024. I highly recommend this company as there customer service level is outstanding.
