Things don't always go as planned. I had a technical problem and I found the support staff extremely helpful. My problem was resolved quickly, and I have been using Microsoft Office since. The suite of programs is excellent, and they are official versions of the Microsoft product. However, if it hadn't been for the prompt and knowledgeable assistance from the support staff, I wouldn't have access to the programs. I would definitely purchase this offer again!
