I was a little nervous about the process to download and activate my software and license key. The instructions were clear and easy to follow. My only concern is how I would re-load the software and activate it if I upgrade my Mac at a later date.

I purchased this for mostly local news. It is great, I get all my local news stations plus local news stations from all over the world. To my surprise there are tons of entertainment features that work amazingly. The customer support is great, everything is handled through email and the responses are quick, normally within a hour or two. I highly recommend this purchase, will be purchasing again.
