I sent it to my grandmother for her birthday present and she absolutely loved it. She wouldn’t stop talking about how great the massage was. Had an issue with redeeming it at first since this was a gift for her, but that was just on the app for Groupon. We were able to mark as used not sure why it wasn’t scanning.
Emma was a great esthetician! She was gentle, thorough and purposeful in her work. My only suggestion for improvement would be to have her tell me what products she is using on my face. I never knew if I was having a mask on my face or a moisturizer. For purposes of possibly purchasing one, it would be helpful to know.
