The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
Wonderful experience in the Salt Cave! It smells so good in this spa, great relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely going back for massage and our girls spa day.

The treatment uses a lot of heat which personally I dont like to sweat that much but it actually curbed my appetite a lot and I felt very energized. Kim is very helpful and excellent in the advice she gave.
