We spoke with Jack Macaluso—Regional Social Media and Web Coordinator at Beauty Schools of America—about how the academies prepare students for careers in the real world and why it's important for the schools to give back to their communities.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My inspiration to start my business was my family, they all do hair, makeup, nails and we all enjoy what we do. I love my job and my clients wouldn't trade it for nothing.
What do you love most about your job?
What i most love about my job is when a client comes to me with a problem that they have had from other salons and then with my gift i make them happy and satisfied
